- WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT: Our whipped tallow balm is handcrafted in our home by me- A Nurse Practitioner Momma who formulated this amazing balm to soothe and prevent Eczema in our daughter when nothing from "modern medicine" was working for YEARS, and she was suffering! We tried EVERYTHING from dietary changes to prescription creams. So, I went back to the absolute basics to create a creamy tallow balm, rich in Vitamins A, D, E & K that beautifully combines with medicinal grade raw organic Manuka Honey from New Zealand to ensure my daughter had the relief she needed, AND IT WORKED WONDERS!
- NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Handcrafted in our home with locally sourced 100% grass-fed beef tallow, organic jojoba oil, and medicinal grade raw organic New Zealand Manuka honey for superior skin nourishment without essential oils- ONLY ORGANIC HERB INFUSIONS. Infusions of all organic herbs: Lavender, Rose, Calendula, Chamomile & blends infused with Organic Vanilla Coffee/Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans.

- TEXTURE: Our balm is creamy and completely natural without any artificial emulsifiers, waxes, or other stabilizers (except Honey blends for safety reasons). This means that tallow texture will vary based on temperature as will any all natural and unaltered tallow product. This is completely normal and does not affect the effectiveness of our balm. All tallow products will be softer at higher temperatures and more firm at cooler temperatures.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
Our fulfillment center is based in the U.S., and all orders are processed and shipped domestically.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations — but we hope to expand in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you have three ways to track your delivery:
- Email confirmation: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to view your delivery status.
- Website Order Tracking page: Enter your order number and email address on our Order Tracking page to see real-time updates.
- Shop app: Download the Shop app to automatically track your order from purchase to delivery and receive notifications.
- We use different carriers depending on the item. For shipments via Amazon Logistics, the tracking number is for internal use and may not be viewable on public carrier websites. Rest assured, your package is on its way!
If the tracking link doesn’t update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier’s system to refresh.

How long does shipping take?

We currently offer one shipping option within the contiguous United States:
- Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days ($4.99)
> Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
While delays are rare, if anything changes, we’ll keep you updated by email.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We understand that plans can change.
- Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.

and include your name and the email used at checkout. - Please note that Final Sale or Clearance items can’t be cancelled or returned once purchased.
